Felix Zickermann

Felix Zickermann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and investment banking. As the Founder of modelweaver - Digitale Betriebswirtschaft since April 2023, Zickermann has developed expertise in digital business management. In a long-standing role as VP Group Strategy / M&A at Deutsche Börse since August 2003, Zickermann has overseen strategic initiatives and mergers and acquisitions. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate in Global Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank from October 1997 to June 2002, where responsibilities included equity capital markets, IPOs, SPOs, and M&A advisory. Earlier, Zickermann held the position of Controller at Kampa Haus AG from January 1995 to September 1997. Academic qualifications were attained at the University of Bayreuth.
