Santiago's extensive experience includes managing teams, developing strategies for customer portfolio growth, inventory management, and financial product design. Santiago holds a Master of Science in International Economics and Public Policy from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and an Economics degree from Universidad Espíritu Santo.
