Karin Bass

Karin Bass is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at DFMG Deutsche Funkturm GmbH since May 2024. Prior to this position, Karin held the role of Global Vice President of Human Resources at WÜSTHOF from January 2018 to May 2024, overseeing HR operations in both Germany and North America. Karin's experience also includes leading the HR department at Doosan Lentjes GmbH from May 2010 to December 2017, where strategic personnel development was a key focus.
