Alexia Sarros

Alexia Sarros currently serves as Leiterin Human Resources at Luzerner Psychiatrie since April 2023. Prior to this role, Alexia held the position of Leiterin Human Resources at Psychiatrie Baselland from March 2018 to December 2022 and was Head of Human Resources Management at Departement Bildung, Kultur und Sport from July 2006 to January 2018. Alexia Sarros holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Bern (1992-1997), a CAS in Change Management and Organizational Development from ZHAW (2015-2016), and an eMHRM from FHNW (2004-2005).
