Volker Hoffarth

Volker Hoffarth has extensive work experience in the finance and telecommunications sectors. Volker is currently serving as the Head of Treasury at DFMG Deutsche Funkturm GmbH since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Internationalization at the same company from June 2021 to January 2023. Volker also worked as the CFO at Comfort Charge GmbH from June 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining DFMG Deutsche Funkturm GmbH and Comfort Charge GmbH, Volker worked at Deutsche Telekom as a Senior Investment Manager from March 2018 to May 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Expert Mergers & Acquisitions at Deutsche Telekom AG from May 2016 to February 2018.

Volker has previous experience in investment banking, having worked at Mediobanca - M&A as a Vice President from October 2014 to April 2016. Volker also worked at Macquarie Capital Europe, where they served as an Associate from August 2010 to September 2014 and as an Analyst from August 2008 to August 2010.

Volker Hoffarth attended the University of Mannheim from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their Diploma in Finance, General. In addition, they also studied at the University of Western Scotland from 2006 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General.
