Jens Holtrop

Jens Holtrop is an experienced professional in network operations and process management, currently serving as Department Director of Network Operations and Business Unit Manager for Passive Network Operations at Deutsche GigaNetz GmbH since March 2023. Previously, Jens held leadership roles at Westconnect GmbH and Westenergie Breitband GmbH, focusing on optimizing order-to-cash processes and establishing end-to-end Fibre to the Home (FTTH) structures. With a background in operations management at innogy SE, Jens has experience in setting up technical standards and managing significant FTTH projects. Jens began a career in consulting with RWE Consulting and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where expertise in change management and process optimization in the energy and telecommunications sectors was developed. Jens holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universität Siegen and studied at Växjö University.
