Claudio Echtermeyer

Claudio Echtermeyer has extensive work experience in sales and account management roles. Claudio began their career in 2000 as a Press Officer at scopas medien AG. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as an Intl. Account Manager at PR Newswire and then as a Group Manager Inside Sales Westlaw Datenbank GmbH at The Thomson Corporation. In 2006, they joined The Associated Press GmbH as an Account Manager and then moved to dapd / Deutscher Auslands-Depeschendienst GmbH in 2009 for a similar role. Since 2010, Claudio has been associated with dpa Deutsche Presse-Agentur GmbH, where they have held various positions including Head of Regional Sales and Regional Head of Sales Business Central/West.

Claudio Echtermeyer obtained their M.A. degree in Cultural Anthropology / Media Studies from Philipps-University Marburg between 1992 and 1999.
