Lilit Asatryan

Lilit Asatryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in gender, youth, and entrepreneurship development. Currently serving as a MEL, Gender & Youth Independent Consultant at Deloitte, Lilit focuses on data management, project alignment, and implementing gender and youth interventions. Lilit also holds a PCC ICF credential and has delivered over 1,700 coaching hours globally. As the Founder President of the Armenian Young Women's Association and Central Asia Commissioner for Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises Mondiales, Lilit passionately advocates for women's empowerment in business. Additionally, expertise is provided in financial education through Deutsche Sparkassenstiftung and in agricultural training through the International Center for Agriculture, Research and Education. Lilit continues academic pursuits with an Executive MBA from Central European University and has a strong educational background spanning multiple prestigious institutions.
