Marian Kirchhoff

Marian Kirchhoff is the founder and managing director of Deutsche Teilkauf since July 2020, leading efforts to help seniors sell portions of their properties while continuing to reside in them. Prior experience includes serving as managing director at Hammers & Heinz Immobilien GmbH from January 2014 to June 2020, where expertise in real estate consulting and investment was demonstrated. Prior to that, Marian Kirchhoff worked as a senior consultant at EVC Rheinland GmbH – Engel & Völkers Commercial from March 2010 to December 2013, focusing on the sale and leasing of commercial properties in Cologne and providing client advisory across various property types. Educational background includes studies at Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln, University of Cologne, and Gymnasium Rodenkirchen.
