Varun Tandon

Varun Tandon has a range of work experience in various HR roles. Varun served as the Head of Talent Management & Employee Experience at Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director & Head of HR at Dunzo, where they managed a team of 10 and oversaw performance management, rewards, benefits, and HRBP strategy for a team of 1000. Varun also worked as the Senior Manager - Human Resources at MakeMyTrip, focusing on performance, rewards, automation, and analytics. Varun has experience in compensation and talent management consulting at Salto Dee Fe and served as an Associate Professional in HR at DXC Technology. Varun started their career as an HR Trainee at BookMyTrip India Pvt. Ltd. and POWERGRID.

Varun Tandon completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 2010 to 2012, they attended IILM and earned a PGDM degree in Management (CAT-Allied), where they also received a Silver Medal.

- Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they studied at Panjab University and obtained a B.Com degree in Commerce.
