Alexa Kiss

Alexa Kiss has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexa is currently working as the Head of Recruitment at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU since December 2020. Prior to this, they were a Senior People Advisor/Senior HR Business Partner at BP from May 2019 to December 2020. Alexa also worked as an IT Recruiter at IT Services Hungary Kft. from August 2015 to May 2019. Before that, they briefly worked as an HR Business Partner at ELI-HU Kft. in 2015. Alexa also has experience working as an IT Recruiter at IT Services Hungary Kft. from January 2015 to June 2015. Alexa served as an HR manager/HR generalist at SOLVO Biotechnology from May 2008 to December 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional HR-manager in the South-Great Plain Region at National Ambulance - Hungary from May 2005 to May 2008. Their early career includes a role as a Branch Office Manager at Pannon-Work from May 2002 to May 2005.

Alexa Kiss completed their education at Nyugat-Magyarországi Egyetem from 1997 to 2002, earning a Certified Economist degree in Business/Managerial Economics. Alexa then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Pécs from 2002 to 2005. In addition, Alexa obtained certification as a Graphologist from the National Institute for Training Experts in Graphology, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Alexa also holds a Social Talent Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent, obtained in March 2015.
