Szaniszlo Uherkovich has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Szaniszlo started their career as a Sales Representative at Shell in 1994 and later became a Regional Sales Manager. In 1997, they joined Flaga as an Architect, and during their tenure, they worked on merging the ERP systems of two subsidiaries within the Flaga Group in Hungary. Szaniszlo was responsible for project management, business analysis, data migration, and user training, among other tasks. In 2001, Uherkovich returned to Shell as an IT Business Analyst and then transitioned to the role of Project Management Office, where they handled the administration, risk management, and project communication for a customer service consolidation project. From 2010 to 2016, they served as an IT Project Manager at Flaga, leading various projects. Since 2016, Uherkovich has been working at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU as an Application Operation Center Squad Lead.

Szaniszlo Uherkovich obtained a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 1988 to 1993. Additionally, they pursued studies in Accounting and Finance at Budapest Business School from 1997 to 1998. In terms of certifications, they acquired ITIL v3 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018, Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in February 2018, and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI in October 2017.
