Axel Orbach

Axel Orbach currently serves as a member of the management board at Telekom Deutschland since October 2025, focusing on B2C responsibilities. Prior to this role, Orbach was the Managing Director at congstar from March 2017 to October 2025, overseeing strategy, commercial management, sales and communication, customer experience, IT & technology, and HR. Previous positions include leading commercial management and product marketing roles at congstar, as well as strategic and project management positions at Deutsche Telekom. Orbach began career at Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile, contributing significantly to brand-led business initiatives in the mobile sector. Orbach holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree from the University of Cologne.
