Dr. Sven Heitzler

Dr. Sven Heitzler is a seasoned professional in the field of regulatory affairs and telecommunications with extensive experience since 2004. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Spectrum Policy & Projects and Senior Expert in Public & Regulatory Affairs at Deutsche Telekom, Dr. Heitzler focuses on international regulatory matters across the Netherlands, Slovakia, and Romania. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant at Detecon International GmbH, along with research positions at DIW Berlin, where expertise was gained in competition and regulation in network industries. Dr. Heitzler holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Düsseldorf and a Diplom-Volkswirt from Technische Universität Berlin.
