Heiko Lehmann

Heiko Lehmann is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and energy sectors, currently serving as the Tribe Lead for Digital Twin & Cybersecurity Group Technology at Deutsche Telekom since November 2006. In this role, Heiko oversees innovation projects focused on advanced digital tools for optimizing and securing complex telecommunication networks, collaborating with R&D partners on various initiatives including AI/ML-driven security analytics and sustainability assurance. Previously, Heiko held positions as a Senior Expert in Machine Learning at Telekom Innovation Laboratories and as R&I Director for Energy at T-Labs, where Heiko contributed to research on energy efficiency and Smart Grid developments. Prior experiences include leading initiatives in Smart Energy Systems at EIT Digital and working as an Innovation Manager at gedas. Heiko's academic background includes a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Humboldt University Berlin and a postdoctoral position at Oxford University.
