Kevin Hennen possesses extensive experience in sales, customer care, and media design. Currently serving as Head of Sales & Care Consumer at Deutsche Telekom since April 2014, Kevin manages operational sales and customer contact, while also leading initiatives for leadership development and process improvements. Previous roles include Team Lead at Deutsche Telekom and Managing Director at MAKEYOURDRINK GmbH, where Kevin played a key role in establishing the company as a leading supplier in the Private Label Drink sector. Additionally, Kevin was Managing Director at HENNEN.MEDIA, and a designer at Imagion AG, working on diverse media projects for well-known companies. Kevin holds a degree in digital and print media design from Berufsbildende Schule Gestaltung und Technik Trier and is currently pursuing a Nanodegree in Digital Transformation at AKAD University.
