Melanie Lange

Melanie Lange currently serves as the Chief Social Responsibility Officer at Deutsche Telekom, where responsibilities include advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments, particularly through the Female@Tech program. In previous roles at Deutsche Telekom, Lange has guided transformative changes as the International Strategic Transformation Executive Manager and headed IT delivery for the HR Domain as Domain Lead HR IT. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Commerzbank AG, managing the Department of Securities & Mainframe Services and the Test Environment Operations team, as well as working as an IT Communication Specialist. Lange's career began at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Management Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Magistra Artium from Goethe University Frankfurt and additional certifications in business communication and banking.
