Sebastian Schumann

Sebastian Schumann has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving in Networks & Services International at Deutsche Telekom since October 2018, where responsibilities include defining end-to-end architectures for intercarrier services, technical business development, and leading initiatives in voice and signaling production strategy, CPaaS, and future intercarrier communications. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President Engineering at immmr GmbH, managing a team focused on telecommunication integration and backend platform strategy. Subsequent positions at Slovak Telekom spanned various roles from Junior Designer to Innovation, where contributions included application architecture and VoIP service evolution. Sebastian holds a Dipl.-Inf. in Telecommunications from the University of Applied Sciences Leipzig and a Ph.D. from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave, specializing in Next Generations Networks.
