Zoltan Szabo

Zoltan Szabo currently serves as the Customer Sales and Service Experience Domain Lead at Deutsche Telekom, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Zoltan was the President and a Board Member at AmCham Hungary from December 2018 to December 2024, and a Senior Advisor at the Urban Institute Hungary from April 2021 to May 2024. Zoltan's extensive experience includes serving as Country General Manager for BT Global Services, overseeing the largest BT operations in Continental Europe, and holding various leadership positions at Vodafone, where responsibilities encompassed customer experience design, product delivery, and program management. Zoltan's career commenced at Ericsson and Andersen Consulting, with a focus on systems engineering and project management. Zoltan holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and an MBA from a joint program between Heriot-Watt University and Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
