Nele Schmidt

Nele Schmidt is an experienced media professional currently serving as a Producerin for ENTR at Deutsche Welle since November 2021. Previously, Schmidt held the role of Social Media Journalistin at Labo M from July 2020 to October 2021, focusing on social media content creation and community management. Prior experience includes working as a Redaktionsvolontärin at ZDF Digital Medienproduktion GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed social media content development, production planning, and editorial support for various projects. Schmidt's career began with roles in cultural and event management, including positions at Nordische Filmtage Lübeck, ARTE, Tchibo, and Musée d'Ixelles. Schmidt holds a Master of Arts in Medienkultur from the University of Bremen and completed the EVolo program at Produzentenallianz.
