Teri Schultz

Teri Schultz is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in international reporting, particularly focusing on EU and NATO affairs. Since January 2007, Teri has served as a freelance reporter for NPR and has also been a freelance correspondent for Deutsche Welle since October 2016. Teri's notable past roles include podcast creator, host, and editor for a program hosted by the Atlantic Council, and freelance reporter for CBS Radio, GlobalPost, and Fox News Channel. Teri's early career featured significant achievements, such as serving as a State Department reporter for Fox News Channel and contributing to Reuters Television and CNN. Teri holds a Master of Science in International Relations from the University of Helsinki and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from New Mexico State University, complemented by studies at Alliance Francaise. As a Knight International Press Fellow, Teri trained local broadcast journalists in Russia, emphasizing the importance of independent reporting.
