Sporrt Smith

Sporrt Smith possesses extensive experience in safety coordination and technical roles within the wind energy sector. Currently serving as Lead Tech and Safety Coordinator at Deutsche Windtechnik since November 2020, Sporrt also has a long-standing role as Safety Coordinator at Diamond WTG Engineering & Services, Inc. since December 2008, overseeing site safety guidelines. Previous positions include roles as Technician at Windfarm and Laramie Wyoming, along with a commitment to safety as a Coordinator at Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas. Training received includes welding and automotive studies at Laney and education at Castlemont High. Sporrt’s career spans over two decades, demonstrating a strong focus on safety and technical expertise in the industry.
