Eva Croon is an experienced Emergency Room Nurse working part-time at a local trauma center within the EU Regio Aachen trauma network since August 2018 and also serving as an Emergency Medical Technician with the German Red Cross since July 2019. As Vice Chair of the European Youth Network of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies from September 2020 to April 2023, Eva supported youth policies across National Societies, advocated for young people's interests, and represented the Federation in various international forums. Additionally, Eva coordinated negotiations for the 2022 G7 Youth Summit and interned at the German Federal Foreign Office, focusing on human rights and gender issues. Eva represented young Germans at the United Nations General Assembly in 2020 and 2021, contributing to discussions on youth-related resolutions. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Cologne (2018-2023) and previous training at the Bildungszentrum für Gesundheitsfachberufe Kaiserswerther Diakonie (2015-2018).
