Florian Neubauer

Florian Neubauer is an experienced professional in international development and project management, currently serving as the Head of Unit Cross-Cutting Topics and Coordinator for Global Project II at Deutsches Rotes Kreuz since May 2018. Florian's responsibilities include oversight of projects in Southern Africa, emergency response coordination, strategic planning, and managing a team of international delegates. Prior to this role, Florian contributed to various organizations, including serving as a Project Employee at Seminar für Ländliche Entwicklung and as a Junior Professional at HORTINLEA, where Florian focused on food security and knowledge exchange.
