Teresa Kistermann

Teresa Kistermann currently holds the position of Corporate Partnerships & Business Development at the German Red Cross, contributing to one of the largest humanitarian organizations globally since September 2020. Prior to this role, Teresa participated in a leadership program during parental leave at MyCollective from November 2022 to November 2023 and co-founded leo & pincky GmbH from July 2016 to September 2020. Previously, Teresa worked as a Key Account Manager at Puig and held various positions at L'Oréal, including Key Account Manager, Trade Marketing & Online Manager, and Area Sales Manager. Teresa's education includes a Master's degree in International Marketing from Esade and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from EHL. A personal sabbatical was taken from May 2015 to May 2016 for a world tour.
