Oscar Augusto Mastroberti

Oscar Augusto Mastroberti has a diverse and extensive work experience. Oscar Augusto started their career in 2011 as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Maker Electronica. Oscar Augusto then worked as a Freelance External Business Analyst in IT and Telco from 2010 to 2015. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst at Globant.

In 2015, Oscar joined Despegar.com as an IT Product Manager, where they were responsible for growing the assigned verticals and launching new features on the B2B platform. Oscar Augusto continued to work in product management roles at ProKarma as a Delivery Manager and at Minted as a Product Manager.

In 2019, Oscar joined Truelogic Software as a Product Manager and was subsequently assigned to work with Minted as a liaison between different stakeholders and engineering teams. In the same year, they also started working as a Senior Technical Product Manager for Vehicle Acquisition Network while being remotely employed by DevBase LLC.

In 2020, they continued to work at Vehicle Acquisition Network and, additionally, joined DevBase as a Senior Product Manager. In DevBase, they quickly progressed to become the Head of Recruitment and HR, doubling the company in four months and then again in eight months. Finally, in 2022, Oscar became the Head of Operations at DevBase.

Oscar Augusto Mastroberti's education history includes obtaining a BS in Systems Information (Computer Science Degree) from UFASTA (Universidad de las Fraternidades de Agrupaciones 'Santo Tomás de Aquino) from 2004 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their National Bachelor in Social Sciences at Instituto Juan Gutenberg from 1989 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained certification in Skills for the Future from Mardel Valley in November 2020 and a certification in Marketing Digital from the same institution in November 2019.
