Steve Jones

Steve Jones is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in the residential sector. Currently serving as the Regional Facilities Director at Devco Residential Group since August 2024, Steve previously held multiple roles at HNN Communities from December 2013 to August 2024, including Executive Maintenance Manager, Regional Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Supervisor. Earlier positions include Maintenance Supervisor at RAM Partners, LLC and Maintenance Technician roles at The Related Group and Bell Apartment Living, Inc. Steve began their career as a Porter/Maintenance Technician at TLC Management. Academically, Steve holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from Baptist Bible College.
