Vinay Panchal

Vinay Panchal currently serves as the Head of Pharmacy Operations & PBM Relations at Develop Health since September 2025. Prior to this role, Vinay held the position of Director of Clinical Review at SmithRx from March 2023 to August 2025. Vinay's extensive experience in the pharmacy sector includes significant roles at Blue Shield of California, where Vinay progressed from Senior Clinical Pharmacist to Senior Manager in Pharmacy Benefit Prior Authorization over a span of nearly seven years. Vinay also completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in 2012. Vinay holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of the Pacific and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
