Matthew Gray

Matthew Gray has extensive experience in the training and education sector, currently serving as Head of Operations and Training at Develop Training Ltd since November 2018, after previously holding the position of Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Matthew was the National Curriculum Manager at Geason Training from December 2017 to November 2018. Matthew also worked at JTL as both Curriculum Manager and Electrical Training Manager between April 2015 and December 2017. Matthew’s earlier experience includes lecturing at Stephenson College, Leicester College, and Brooksby Melton College, where a focus was placed on electrical training. Matthew’s educational background includes studies at Ashby Grammar School, Loughborough College, and the University of Derby.
