Jason Ferguson

Jason Ferguson currently serves as a Business Development Executive at the Development Bank of Jamaica Limited, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jason spent seven years at First Heritage Co-Operative Credit Union, where Jason held multiple titles including Manager of Micro Small & Medium Business Loans, Retail Branch Manager, and Assistant Manager, overseeing customer relations and branch portfolio growth. Earlier in the career at First Heritage, Jason held the position of Supervisor, managing a sub-branch and driving sales performance, and started as a Member Service Representative, engaging in loan processing and financial counseling. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of the West Indies Mona Campus, and completed secondary education at St. Jago High.
