Osamu Matsumoto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development and management. Currently serving as Vice President at the Development Bank of Japan Inc. since April 2010, Matsumoto has also held notable positions such as OIST Innovation Corporate Development Director at 沖縄科学技術大学院大学 (OIST) and Senior Manager at avatarin from April 2023 to April 2024. Prior experience includes a managerial role at DBJ Investment Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. from May 2015 to May 2018 and a service clerk position at the Executive Lounge of Hilton Tokyo from April 2008 to March 2010.
