Aimé Malaika

Aimé Malaika is a Product Developer at Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) PLC since January 2023, where they work on developing a digitalization plan, gathering user requirements, and engaging with customers to create value propositions. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at KIGALI INDEPENDENT UNIVERSITY ULK and as a Code Reviewer at Microverse. With a background in Networking and Telecommunications Systems and Software Engineering and Full-Stack Web Development, Aimé has a strong technical skill set and experience in mentoring junior developers and improving code quality.
