Ghislain Nkeramugaba

Ghislain Nkeramugaba is an experienced professional in the field of internet and telecommunications development, currently serving as an IXP Development Expert at the Internet Society since January 2020. Nkeramugaba also holds a consultancy position at the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) PLC and previously served as the Managing Director of Revolution'Air Ltd. and the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda ICT Association (RICTA). Nkeramugaba has extensive leadership experience, having also worked as the Director on the Board of Directors for GVA Rwanda Ltd., and has held various significant roles within RICTA, contributing to the objectives of the organization's .RW TLD Sponsoring. With a Master’s degree in Communications Management, Nkeramugaba’s career spans over a decade in the ICT sector, including experiences at Rwandatel s.a. and AP Consulting Ltd.
