Gabriela Palacios-Flusk

Gabriela Palacios-Flusk is the Head of Legal & Contracts- Infrastructure Delivery Division at the Development Bank of Southern Africa. With a background in law and finance, Gabriela has held various director and advisory roles in companies such as HKA, Eskom Holdings, and Eversheds. Gabriela has a LLB in Law from the University of the Witwatersrand and has experience dating back to their time as a candidate attorney at Jay Mothobi Incorporated.
