Itumeleng Matlou

Itumeleng Matlou is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Legal Advisor at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) since August 2019. Prior to this role, Itumeleng held positions as a Senior Associate and Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from May 2016 to July 2019, and as a Strategy Consultant at Vsolution Management Consultants from May 2015 to April 2016. Earlier in the career, Itumeleng gained experience as an Associate and Candidate Attorney at Webber Wentzel from January 2011 to April 2015. Itumeleng holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Pretoria, completed in 2010, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Law and Economics from the same institution, completed in 2008.
