Thembi Khoza

Thembi Khoza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in gender mainstreaming and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as a Gender Mainstreaming Specialist at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) since January 2009. Over the years, Thembi has held various roles at DBSA, including Programme Manager for Stakeholder and Strategic Partnerships, where Thembi developed methodologies for stakeholder prioritization and regulatory monitoring, and Business Unit Manager for Agency Management Services Unit, achieving financial objectives and enhancing operational policies. Prior to DBSA, Thembi held key positions at Umsobomvu Youth Fund and Junior Achievement SA, focusing on entrepreneurship education and program management. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Leadership from UNISA, a Master's in Human Resources Management from the University of Johannesburg, and dual degrees in Education from the University of the Witwatersrand.
