Tshepo Tau

Tshepo Tau has extensive experience in human capital management, currently serving as a Human Capital Business Partner at the Development Bank of Southern Africa since March 2015. Previously, Tshepo held roles as an HR Business Partner at the same institution and worked at Hollard Insurance as a Human Capital Business Partner and HR Manager. Earlier career highlights include HR Manager positions at Nedbank and a Senior HR Consultant role at Sanlam. Tshepo holds a Master of Philosophy in Management Coaching from the University of Stellenbosch, as well as degrees from the University of Johannesburg.
