James Ryan

James Ryan has a diverse work history that includes roles in various companies. James is currently working as a Business Investment Executive at the Development Bank of Wales since 2022. Previously, they held positions at Target Group, where they worked as a Lending and Arrears Subject Matter Expert from 2019 to 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Bank Account Underwriter at Card One Money from 2015 to 2018, assessing account applications and ensuring a smooth process. James also worked as a PPI Case Handler at Capita from 2014 to 2015, investigating and assessing Payment Protection Insurance complaints. Finally, they worked as a PPI Claims Handler at Hazell Carr from 2013 to 2014, where they investigated complaints and communicated with customers to ensure fair treatment.
