Scott Hughes

Scott Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scott started their career as a Sales Executive at Bank of Scotland Corporate in 1999 and later became a Sales Manager, leading a team and closing deals with large independent businesses. In 2009, they joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Commercial Relationship Manager, where they proactively managed a portfolio of 150 commercial clients and was responsible for various tasks such as new business development and credit management. Scott also served as a Regional Franchise Manager during their time at Lloyds. In 2018, Scott joined the Development Bank of Wales as an Investment Executive before being promoted to the role of Senior Investment Executive.

Scott Hughes attended Glyndwr University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Geography.
