Pete Humphreys

Peter Humphreys has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Peter is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Development Beyond Learning (DBL), a company specializing in virtual and live training and development. Prior to this, Peter worked at SHL, where they held several positions including Managing Director - Solutions EMEA, Regional Managing Director for Germany, Switzerland, India, and Africa, and Regional Managing Director. Before joining SHL, they worked at CEB, now Gartner, as Managing Director for Global Channels & Enablement, Managing Director for Emerging Markets / Global Enablement, VP Global Field Enablement, Sales VP for UK & Ireland, Head of Account Director Team, and Account Director.

Peter Humphreys earned a Master of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of St Andrews in 1998. In 1999, they furthered their education at Kingston University, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Human Resources.
