Nancy Chang

Nancy Chang is a Scientist II at the Development Center for Biotechnology, with expertise in generating cord blood cell-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) for clinical applications, characterizing iPSC lines, and employing CRISPR/cas9 genome editing for non-immunogenic iPSCs aimed at neurological disorders. Previous experience includes roles as Clinical Research Project Coordinator at The Hospital for Sick Children, where Nancy worked on food allergy studies and CRISPR-knockout establishment, a Research Associate at the University of Toronto focusing on gene/protein expression systems, and a Research Technologist II at The Hospital for Sick Children involved in DNA cloning and high throughput drug screening.
