Carolyn Flesaker

Carolyn Flesaker is an accomplished policy planner and research analyst currently employed at Development Strategies since August 2022, specializing in demographic, economic, and real estate market analyses for low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties across multiple states. Carolyn has a diverse background that includes a project intern role at Rise Community Development, where significant contributions to over $10 million in tax credit equity awards were made, alongside experience in case management at the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office, focusing on victims of violent crimes. Previous internships included social programming development at Fountain House and supportive housing analysis at The Bridge.
