Joe Grilo

Director Of Information Technology at Developmental Disabilities Association

Joe Grilo has over 14 years of experience in IT roles. Joe started their career as an IT Consultant at Glenbriar Technologies Inc. in 2003, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined the Canadian Cancer Society as an IT Manager and later became the Director of Information Technology and Operations. During their time there, they successfully reduced the IT budget and managed multiple projects. In 2017, Grilo became the Director of Information Technology at the Developmental Disabilities Association, where they oversee the IT team and is responsible for improving the IT network, implementing ITIL standards, and developing SharePoint sites.

Joe Grilo obtained a Certificate in the Information Technology Professional Program from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in 2002-2003. Joe also holds a B.Sc. degree in Geological Sciences from The University of British Columbia. The exact duration of their studies at the University is not provided.
