Nazli (Naz) Fardhoshmand

Nazli (Naz) Fardhoshmand has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis. Nazli (Naz) started their career at BGK Holding (Oil & Gas Industry) in 2010, where they facilitated requirement gathering sessions, performed process mapping and data analysis, and worked on the implementation of the company's SharePoint site. Nazli (Naz) also prepared test cases, conducted user acceptance testing, and provided training materials for end-users.

In 2015, Nazli joined Maple Leaf Academy as a Coordinator, where they were responsible for coordinating various activities.

In 2018, they moved to SolviOps, where they worked as a Business Analyst. Nazli (Naz)'sresponsibilities included project management, business analysis, solution design, testing, and end-user training. Nazli (Naz) facilitated requirement gathering sessions, performed process mapping and data analysis, and worked on the design and implementation of business applications. Nazli also prepared process flows, test cases, and training materials for end-users.

Currently, they are working at LivingWorks as a Business Analyst. In 2023, they will move to DevFacto as a Business Analyst, Modern Workplace.

Nazli (Naz) Fardhoshmand's education history includes a Certificate Program in Business Analysis from the University of Calgary, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) from Islamic Azad University from 2002 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Nazli has also obtained various certifications. Nazli (Naz) holds a Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in September 2022. Nazli (Naz) is also an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certified by IBM, acquired in January 2021. Furthermore, Nazli holds a TESL Canada Federation Professional Certificate from TESL Canada, achieved in January 2013.
