Lucas de Sousa Matos is an experienced Delphi Developer with a strong background in software development and ERP solutions. Currently employed at DevGrid since June 2021, Lucas focuses on refactoring legacy code, improving performance, and integrating applications while collaborating with stakeholders. Prior to this role, Lucas served as a Senior Delphi Developer at Ticbox Sistemas, where responsibilities included developing ERP solutions and providing ongoing support. Earlier experience at Levsoft involved similar ERP development and database migration tasks. Lucas also gained foundational experience as an intern in information technology at Sesc - Departamento Nacional. Lucas holds a degree from Faculdad Maurício de Nassau, completed in 2018.
