Jason P. Lomax has an extensive background in customer success, support, and IT. Jason P. started their career at Tangoe in 2005, where they built a successful customer success and support team and played a key role in the company's growth and transition to a public SaaS market leader. In 2017, they joined Device42 as the Director of Customer Success, Support, and IT, where they continued to lead and manage customer success, technical account management, product support, and IT operations. Later, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Global Customer Success and Support at Device42, where they oversaw various teams and played a crucial role in managing customer accounts, product support, and IT infrastructure.
