Sergius Vernet is an experienced distiller and event manager currently working at Devils Backbone Brewing Company since March 2016, where responsibilities include the production of craft spirits, execution of distillation, and development of innovative products such as the nationally ranked canned Smash Cocktails. Previous roles at Devils Backbone involved managing sponsorships, events, and experiential marketing initiatives, as well as overseeing sales operations for over 300 accounts. Prior to this, Sergius Vernet served as a bar trainer and bartender at Founding Farmers, contributing to the successful opening of a new location. Education includes a focus on leadership, travel, and exploration through NOLS, along with a high school diploma from St. Stephens & St. Agnes High School.
