Earlier in their career, Cynthia was HR/IR Manager at Loblaw Companies Limited and Human Resources Director at Lafleur - Salaisons et charcuteries. Cynthia Jodoin earned a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
