Mohammed Mustapha Belaid, CPA, currently serves as the Controller for Property Management at GROUPE DEVIMCO since February 2023. Previously, Mohammed held the position of Controller for Property Management at Groupe Brivia from October 2021 to October 2022. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, notable roles include Manager of CAM Recovery at First Capital REIT, Assistant Controller at FPI Cominar, Financial Analyst at SNC Lavalin - Nexacor, and Senior Real Estate Analyst at Standard Life- Real Estate Division. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Accounting from HEC Montréal and a CGA designation. Mohammed is skilled in financial statement preparation, budget management, and variance analysis, with a strong background in mentoring and training finance teams.
