Peter Leberman

Peter Leberman is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in various legal capacities. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Devine Millimet | Attorneys at Law since June 2023, Leberman previously held the position of Attorney at Upton & Hatfield, LLP from October 2015 to June 2023. Prior to that, Leberman was Vice President & General Counsel at Northeast Delta Dental from May 2012 to October 2015 and spent nearly three decades as an Attorney - Shareholder at Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA. Leberman holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law/Taxation from Boston University School of Law and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Washington and Lee University School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Hampshire.
